All*Pro Physical Therapy accepts most major insurances. However, please check with the receptionist when you schedule your appointment to make sure that we accept your particular insurance.

In New Jersey it is no longer necessary for your doctor to provide or write you a prescription for physical therapy services. However, many insurance companies still require that you obtain a prescription from your physician for payment of the claim. It is a good idea to call your insurance company to find out their policy prior to scheduling your appointment.   Please bring the prescription with you to your initial evaluation.

Many insurances still require a referral for services. Your doctor and/or insurance complany will be able to tell you if you need one for your physical therapy services. If you do, please make sure that you bring it with you to your first visit. 

Finally, any copay that your insurance requires is due at the time of your visit.
